What to send in a brief?
Creating a clear and detailed brief helps ensure the final renders meet your expectations. Here’s how to structure it:
— Project Overview
- What images need to be created
- The purpose of the visualization
- Any specific goals, list of areas to be
showcased
— Scope of Work
- Number of renders, frame proportions, resolution
- Modeling requirements: existing SketchUp model provided, needs high detalisation, needs additional design.
— References & Inspiration
- Provide reference images or sketches to show the desired style.
- Specify existing 3D models, textures and materials to be used.
- Landscape design. Plan and plants
- Mention any specific mood, weather, day time of the future visuals.

Timeline & Budget
I can advise on pricing and lead time based on the complexity of the model and the level of detail required for the renders. The majority of the projects are completed during 3-6 weeks.
